Office technology industry ranks Toshiba as best-in-class

Provide industry-leading support, and at the same time establish itself as the “easiest manufacturer to cooperate” status, and win the honor of Toshiba Elite
Lake Forest, California–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Toshiba American Business Solutions Corporation has won Cannata by providing industry-leading support while establishing itself as the “Easiest Manufacturer” Reported 2021 First Class Frank Award.
This is the 20th Frank Award that Toshiba has received, including eight first-class honors. This number is twice the total of any other manufacturer in this category. The total number of Toshiba awards also includes seven male executives of the year. Last year, Toshiba received the highest honor for the best technical service.
“Toshiba is known for providing excellent support to distributors and facilitating special communication between its corporate headquarters and independent distributor channels,” said CJ Cannata, President and CEO of Cannata Report. “I believe it is for these reasons that dealers awarded Toshiba the Frank Award for’Best in Class’ in the most challenging year in the history of the imaging industry.”
The Cannata Report is the leading intelligence resource in the imaging, business technology, and managed printing services industry, and it promotes and awards the Frank Award.
The votes and data analyzed from the annual dealer survey reported by Cannata determine the nominees and winners of the award. This year’s winners were selected by a record 385 dealers representing American multifunction printer (MFP) suppliers.
Toshiba’s responsive and certified service and support team provides customers in the United States and Latin America with a consistently high-quality customer experience, which is the main reason for the company’s 2021 first-class award. Toshiba supplements its reliable and professional service team with cloud-enabled technologies to meet the technical needs of customers 24/7.
Toshiba’s Elevate Sky™ platform is one of the specific technical elements that drive the company’s excellent dealer and customer support. Elevate Sky merges cloud systems, software and services to reduce costs while increasing productivity and safety. The platform further allows for seamless connections from local hardware to the cloud to enable easy and secure interaction between physical documents and digital workflows.
“The Toshiba team sincerely thank those distributors who took the time to vote in TCR’s annual distributor survey, and at the same time recognize our commitment to supporting them,” said Larry White, President and CEO of Toshiba American Business Solutions. “I would also like to thank and congratulate our service and sales team for their outstanding customer support.”
